Sturdy roasted flavor isn’t very powerful like many other scotch styles and the smoky peat comes out in the finish with alder notes. fakepurseninja (794), Washington, USA

Nice looking, dark cloudy caramel brown witha minimal, dense tan head. Sweet, medium-heavy body dominated by sweet cookie malt characterized with heavy molassas and pear notes. Light sour finish with a little bit of a grapefruit kick. Mild, malty sweetness on the nose. Coffee is pungent albeit in small amounts, not overpowering. Some oak woodiness as well. I love a sweet malty drink and this one really does it well. IrishBoy (2725), Bakersfield, California, USA

Reddish-amber color. Nose is buttery toffee mixed with caramel and light bourbon notes. Nice clean sweet-malt flavor that is medium bodied and ever-so-slightly smokey...which I really enjoyed. I waited for a while to have this cuz I didn’t know what to expect....now I wish I had more. TimE (1364), Tokyo, Japan
