| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 24, 2007 fairly aggressive pour yielded a respectable 1 1/2" head that quickly fell to a wispy film that sticks to the sides of the glass. Some sediment in the bottle and glass. Faint sweet aroma, balanced hop scent. Good balance in flavor between the initial sweetness and the floral bitter finish. Most ambers have little hop finish, this one is very nice. BückDich (4857), McCall, Idaho, USA
