Oct 3, 2007 Draft at Brouwer’s. Pours hazy medium orange-ish. Thin but moussy off-white head. Bready, lightly sweet-fruity nose. Not much rye sourness happening here. Medium body, carb is tangible, almost firm, but not intrusive. Nice sour bready rye blasts right off the attack and carries through the mid-palate and the finish. Finishes clean with some lightly peppery hop. Tasty stuff. I’ll definitely seek this out again.

Cloudy light amber colour. Quite a bit of tropical fruit aroma. Very sweet, floral, also quite spicy. Rye shows in the tannic finish.
