CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 24, 2008 Pours a transparent copper orange with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet caramel malts and a hint of tart light fruits. Starts with about average fullness and a touch of sweet pale malts along with some unexpected tartness and light fruity esters. Finishes mildly bitter and tart. Not sure if the tartness is expected. hopdog (4552), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA May 5, 2007 22oz bottle acquired in trade with Larry Pitonka (thanks!). Poured a medium and cloudy copperish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, caramel and a little floral. Tastes of grapefruit, fruity, light and light caramel.
