KM (137), Tromsø, Norway May 28, 2008 Tap. Yellowish brown body. Small white head. Light hoppy aroma. Light hoppy flavour. Bitter finish. An ok pilsener but not very exciting. (Porterhouse, Dublin, 05.05.08) larsga (2086), Oslo, Norway Mar 25, 2008 Thin white film of a head. Yellow body. Dry grassy malty aroma with an underlying sweetness and resiny, mealy notes. Very dry grassy straw taste lingers. Grainy notes, chalk, a little rubber. Nice, not entirely typical. (0.2l draft, Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin.) FatPhil (1853), Espoo, Finland Oct 30, 2007 Draught (Porterhouse, Dublin)
Not bad for a pilsner. Not good either. Blah. Chris_Thomson (183), Luzern, Switzerland Sep 30, 2007 Dublin-07. Nothing special here. A bit of hoppiness to enjoy, but generally uninteresting, and not worth drinking considering the other options available at the Porterhouse. badgerben (2989), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Sep 15, 2007 Yellow color with a thin head. The aroma and taste of this make it seem like a pale ale made with Herbsbrucker. Very nice hoppy aroma, but all German/Noble/earthy instead of the citrus blasts of an APA. Good malt base to handle the hop flavor. Tasty.
