Commercial Description:
This complex dark ale is a hybrid between a Belgian Brown & a Victorian Period Porter. English chocolate malts, Belgian barley and yeast were used in the brew process & then fermented for a second time using wild English yeast.

On tap at the Porterhouse Brew Pub. Poured a medium and clear brown color with a smaller sized off white had. Aromas and tastes of caramel, toasted malts, chocolate (in the finishing tastes), and a littley nutty. Fizzy body. Alcohol content hidden.
