Nov 20, 2006 Deep copper/light brown in color with a small white head. Aroma is of mellow bready/toasty malt and mellow spicy hops. Flavor is bready, with a hint of caramel malt, spicy hops leaning towards a bitter finish.

Aug 3, 2006 Nasty musty nose almost scared me away. Brown pour with no head. Taste was okay. Mostly malt. Some bitter in the end with a lot of skunky stuff in the middle.

Jun 27, 2006 Draught. Brown appearance, with small white head. Very malty nose with caramel. Flavor is grainy and bready, with caramel, but not balanced very well. Tastes a little phony. Slightly bitter finish.
