It’s never too early or late for a beer. Pours a semi-clear light copper amber colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, some light candi sugar, a hint of pear, yeast and a touch of spice. Taste is medium bodies, very light in carbonation with a sweet flavor of golden grain malt with some wheat character, some light caramel, spiced pear and candi sugar. Finish is quite sweet with a quick disappearing golden grain malt with a hint of candi sugar. kassner (449), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA
