Jun 10, 2009 Bomber at the PPRBSG09. Pours a light hazy coppery orange with a thin head. Aroma is herbal, lemon grass, orange zest, citrus, a touch infection- cheese, with dusty and musty cobwebs and wet dog. Flavor is toasty malts, a bit stale, caramel, with tart lemon rind, citric and light lactic acid tartness, with salt brine, hints of cherry pit kriek astringency and dirt and earth. Kinda messy.

Jun 6, 2009 22 oz. bottle sampled at PilsnerPeter’s Spring Gathering. Pours a cloudy antique gold with a white head. Aroma of apple and citrus. There is a bit of a tanginess in the nose as well. The flavor is malt along with a bit of tangy fruit. Heavily (excessively) carbonated. This beer seems off a bit.

Jun 1, 2009 PPRBSG09. Pours an orange amber body with a white head. Dusty floral citrus notes an earthy bitterness. Citrus with a low acidity some light apple leather tones. Not bad.

May 31, 2009 Bottle at PilsnerPeter’s Spring Gathering. Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Light funk and citrus aromas. Very crisp. Finishes with a crisp dry funk. Rather tasty.
