Aromas of flowery citris hops and pine fill your nose
Flavors are great a little more hops than and English style but not as hoppy as a west cost hop bomb. It also has enough malt presence to keep the bitterness down and keep it very balanced
Clean and crisp good pallet cleanser for the spicy dishes they serve
Very drinkable but I recommend caution for use as a session beer. The alcohol will sneak up on you

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 25, 2008 Thanks Mcox90. I got a kick out of the label. It looked like a piece of grocery store sack And was made as a generic label with the brewery name and a blank spot where they could stamp the type of beer or name. Pour was golden amber, medium head and very leggy. Aroma is of grapefruit. Taste is malty with a good finishing citrus hops wallop. PilsnerPeter (2653), Flushing, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 1, 2008 Bottle thanks to Dickinsonbeer: Bronze pour. Has a crisp and fruity hop nose. Lots of apple skin and perfumy suggestions in the nose. Hops are present in the flavor, but seem subdued. Very mild overall, with a grainy malt hint toward the finish. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 1, 2008 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Slightly cloudy amber with a thin soapy head. Rosuing creates a thicker head. Very mild earthy hop aroma, slightly astringent. Taste is kind of soapy, and the hop character is not very robust. Still, a decent IPA. golubj (1290), Sunnyvale, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 28, 2008 Bottle, thanks to someone. Light orange-amber pour. Aroma is sweet malt, lots of grapefruit, slightly metallic. The mouthfeel is thin. The flavor is grainy malt and mild citrus bitterness, but like a poorly dry-hopped beer. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 27, 2008 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Gold. Small white head. Aroma of balanced malt and hops with some dusty yeast. Flavor of fruity, resinous hops, lightly sweet pale malt more than balances, and the same dusty yeast. Medum body, just smoother than balanced. Perhaps their bombers don’t travel well. Still, an okay IPA.
