On tap at the brewpub. Murky golden amber with a tight, off white head. Strong citrus orange and coriander, tropical fruit sweetness. I liked this a lot, and brought a growler home. I don’t know why, but it got WAY hotter, pronounced alcohol. Best to have it right on tap.

Draught @ Brewpub: Served in a snifter. This one had a very small white head on it that didn’t linger at all. It poured a very cloudy golden color. The aroma is good. I got notes of coriander, wheat, banana and lemon. The initial flavor is a touch sour. I detected wheat, sour banana, clove, and citrus. This is quite good.

Pours a dark caramel brown with a light blonde tail on the bottom that leaves a cloudy body followed by a thick off-white head that stays with this brew. The aroma is strong lemon, wheat, caramel, honey, sugar cookies. The taste is fantastic starts sweet with a honey, wheat, lemon tartness on the palate which is followed by the typical wheat twang that I love in wits. The mild hop presence is just enough to balance that sweet feel but that light carbonation leaves a sticky sweet feeling that can be too much. Overall this is a good beer, the alcohal is a bite strong but not overwhelming.
