(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pale amber colour with an off-white head. Sherry-like aroma - somewhat oxidized. Medium body, lightly sweet caramel, sherry notes and a distinct bitterness. 200507

Spicy and yeasty, like said, some oranges and hops. Full and quite tasty, soft mouthfeel which is a bit easier than most bottle fermented ales. Ok, but there’s something to this blond belgian style that makes it really boring and this is no exception.

From 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange, leaving a lacing head. Aroma of malt and oranges. Flavour is slight roasted malty and has a distinct spicyness in the finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with dusty hop notes and fruity notes of peaches. The flavor sweet malty with a strong fruit note leaning towards over ripe - especially peaches, leading to a dry yeasty and slightly wheaty end.
