A very nice beer, with plenty of head. Very bubbly with a sweet flowery aroma. There is a taste of dough and a well balanced bitter finish.

hazy straw color with nice long lasting head, some lace. nice fragrant slightly sweet, little hoppy, yeasty, and something we couldn’t place. But - very drinkable. Killer session beer! From a bottle brought back from Brussels

I'll go with Caesar on this one. Great strong aroma of apple and honey, very sweet. Golden coloured, bit cloudy and a good remaining thick head. Taste is like the aroma, honey and apple, more with hops, bit sweet more bitter towards the finish. Bit sticky. Great Belgian.

Slightly hazy golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is sweet from honey, bit citrus, apple, spicy and hoppy. Taste is sweet and bitter. Sticky sweet palate. Postel brews definitely are one of my favorites!

Head is initially large, frothy, white, good lacing, fully lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow, dense tiny particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), moderately hoppy (flowers, citrus - lemon), moderately yeasty (dough, cobwebs), with notes of bubble gum, pineapple, and pepper/alcohol. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium to full body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation, lightly alcoholic.

Medium hazy, snowy-headed spritzy Blonde with more than a hint of coriandered Witbier softness. Sweetly spicy with a slightly peaty malt graininess in the finish. Smooth, lacy and much better than expected.
