Dec 18, 2007 (Bottled@Kerstbierfestival 2007, Essen) Hazy red-dark amber with a smallish, tanned and creamy head. Aroma of sweetish malt, xmas spices, anise, and some rye pudding. Rye-malty, dried-fruity flavor with anise and orange-peel. Medium body, medium-carbonated. A bit sweet and grainy, and lacking complexity - but ok.

Nov 12, 2007 Brown coloured beer with a large off-white head, and little carbonation. Special herby malty aroma. Little alcoholic. Full palate. FInish is herby, full malty and slightly alcoholic. Nice one.
