Yellow colour, sprankling, large white head. Hoppy aroma, some grass, light herby. Full body, with a hoppy taste. Finish is sweet-bitter, light alcoholic, very enjoyable.

Bottled. Delirium Cafe, Gothenburg, Sweden. Golden with a huge white head. Papery nose with notes of fruitiness. Sourish and dry flavour with fruits. Late bitterness.

Golden/orange, nice white head. Dry hoppy aroma with some vanilla notes. Flavor brings some hops, some malts, some alcohol. But this was quite boring to be a tripel.

Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Clear amber, huge creamy head. Dry-ish, tobacco-like, caramelly nose. Rounded mouthfeel. Residual sugars and unbalanced, as it’s not fully fermented. Honey notes as well as herbal. Yeah, I know it’s weird.

Fluffy to creamy off-white head over orange beer with amber shine. Caramel and candy sugar nose, bit herbal & grassy, but not hoppy. Citrus, pickles. Taste is marked by burnt sugar, and sweet-alcoholic tones. Bitterish-sweetish character, with a long-flowing finish, getting sweeter. Just faint citrus notes. Quite dry, despite all the sugars. Texture tripel-thin but alcohol is anything but hidden. Rather coarse tripel, IMO.

Bottled (BB 06/2007)
Golden color, big foamy head, lace. Aroma has metal, burnt sugars and sweetish fruits. Medium-bodied. Good balanced bitterness and malt profile, decent alcoholic bite and long hoppy aftertaste. Hints of brown (burnt) sugars in the flavor. Extra sweetness (sugar) drops total value of this beer more to bulk tripel class, but I wonder what a couple of years in the cellar would do to this.
