Bottle conditioned - bought in Nijmegen (NL) Hazy gold in colour, impressive head. The aroma slaps you as soon as the bottle is opened, quite fruity in taste. Most enjoyable.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Unclear. Fluffy off white head. Malt, yeast and some wit-bier scents in the aroma. Flavour is fruity, light yeast and malted. Sweet and fruity aftertaste. A bit ordinary.

Golden and cloudy. Yeasty aroma. Some citrusy sourness in the flavour. Quite fizzy.

Hazy golden color, huge head, rocky; impressive, chaotic perlage. Besides the obvious aroma for a Tripel, this wonderful beer has a very nice hop note. A very good body, with good malt, and maybe a too high residual sweetness (would prefer if hoppier at the end). A very good one!.

not as nearly as good as the dubbel. A golden color, little cloudy with a nice thick head. Spicy and hoppy.. decent triple but lacks character

Spicy triple. Not the best triple I have had. At times a bit bitter. The taste is allright but not a top triple.

(3/1/07, 33cl bottle, best by Dec. 6, 2007) Hazy golden body topped by large off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, some spice, coriander, sage. Taste is medium sweet, spicy, yeasty, coriander, sage, orange zest. Light alcohol. Dry finish. Medium body, fairly smooth. (7/3/7/4/15)

(5/22/03) Clear golden with medium, quickly diminshing, white head. Aroma is spicy (primarily coriander), yeasty, mildly sweet, some floral hops. Taste is quite nice -- moderately sweet, slightly fruity (tangerine?), malty, alcohol well hidden. (6/3/8/4/15)

Very, very yeasty. Malty in the palate. Average tripel.
