An orange beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and yeast. The flavor is very sweet with lots of coriander and oranges, before the alcohol makes it mark, by warming the mouth. The end is dry spicy both from coriander and hops.

(Bottle 33 cl) My version with 7% ABV. Golden with a huge, fluffy head. Some bittersweet notes of malt with the hops most pronounced in the finish. Lightly burned malt in this according to the label. Nice and rather classical tripel. 280196

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Almondy yeast aroma. Sweet and fruity, salty and softly malty with near full body. There’s Olde English Marmelade, syrup and bitter almonds. Alcohol is well hidden, but surface late as arousing esters. Full flavoured, but a bit sticky.
