MoritzF (3926), Ruhrpott, Germany Jan 15, 2008 (33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly sweet, minimal sourish malty and yeasty fruity nose with light herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, medium to full body, slightly fizzy on the tongue. Pale malt character, slightly citrus-fruity and yeasty; moderately dry, yeasty- and hop-bitter finish with a well-hidden alcohol, just detectable at the very end. Rather unspectacular but also fairly rounded Tripel.
