Clear golden color, with normal white head.
Aroma very low, sweet, malts, bit fruity nose.
Medium body. Taste is very regular blonde. Sweet, fruits, malts, little hops, low bitterness.

Aug 29, 2008 Bought as Bière Léon, and apparently 0.2% lighter .
Huge, fine & dense, lightly yellow-coloured disappearing head over well-carbonated darker golden beer. Alcohol, citrus/orangepeel, white candisugar. Certain cookie sweetness, but inviting, though somewhat crude aroma’s. Certain acidity, faintly metallic is what strikes first. Having had this beer less citric before, I wonder if this was intended. Retronasal, the alcohol comes out in force, making it sweet, certainly warming up, cookie- or caramel-like, but again with a citrussy finish. Quite spritzy carbonation, not very well-bodied, thinnish finish. Despite the citrus and the top-fermentation, it cannot really dispell a certain glorified "malt liquor" notion.

Aug 25, 2008 Canned, Darker blond, light amber coloured with some small carbonation and a small white head. Malty sweeter aroma with some light alcoholic touches. Full sweeter creamy palate. Finish is bitter fruity malty with some light sweeter alcoholic touches. Not bad.

May 21, 2008 Can. Clear golden colour with a medium white mostly lasting head. I dont see what so special about this one. Its probably one of the worst belgian ales i ever had.
