The label also read ’unpasteurised’, so either it is this one or it was some seasonal special ediction. Anyway, pours golden with thick albeit small head. Strong malt yeast taste, perceptable bitterness appears after a while to disappear in finish. Enjoyable.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, cabage water, vegetable, light cardboard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090626]

Bottle:Golden to deep golden, covered by a small stable white foam; solid buttery and pale-malty nose with a good dash of aromatic hops; very light bodied for a beer of 5.0%, nevertheless soft, moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, good malty base detectable; fine aromatic hops in the slightly fruity and sweet pale-malty finish. Very good and well balanced Bohemian Pilsener...........

Bottle, 5.0%. Mild plasticky hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Big stable plasticky white head. The flavour has a nice rough hoppiness. Rough but refreshing. The maltiness is rather sweet, almost feels sugary. Good, but why so sweet?

(draught, at the Pivni Galerie) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of very light butter, powdered sugar and herbal hops. flavour has a peachy fruitiness, with light notes of butter, crisp herbal hops, lychee and a lightly bitter walnut finish. medium body, too strongly carbonated.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some earth and grassyness. Flavour is quite much the same, mainly a bunch of malts, that ends in a grassy dryness.
