Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Jun 12, 2005 Decent enough amber color and a big caramel aroma. Rich malt and caramel flavors but zero bitterness. Another bust for the power plant. MOboy (382), Kansas City, Missouri, USA May 27, 2003 A great ESB. Very malty with minimal hop presence. The breadiness that Indra has mentioned comes through and stays the whole time. The mouthfeel is a tad on the thin side. Indra (1832), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA Mar 8, 2003 Fresh, fruity, pleasant hop aroma, with some light caramel, breadiness, cidery apple and pineapple. Darker amber in color, uneven head and slightly hazy with good lacing. More cidery fruity flavors, sweet grain, lightly spicy hop bitterness and some tea-like flavors. Light-medium body, palate on the watery side. Fruity hop aftertaste and sweetness. A little bit much in the way of cidery flavor and sweetness.
