Aroma is peppery, with a very slightly plasticy phenolic and candilike sweetness from banana fruit. Appearance is hazy copper with a well maintained white head and good lacing. Flavor is sweet citrus with a tangy finish and low bittering. Mouthfeel has a sour tang bite forward, medium bodied with medium carb texture.
