Dec 22, 2009 Bottled. The aroma has chocolate, some fruitiness, some raisin, sweetness. Black coloured beer with a beige, medium head. The taste is sweet, milky chocolate, bit fruity. Has some carbonation. Moderate bodied. Actually, quite enjoyable.

Nov 28, 2009 Bottle from Bierkoning. Nice dark brown body with oily head. Malty and toasty nose. Malty and punchy taste with loads of chocolate and coffee. Picks up a bit in the finish, with nice bitter end. Enjoyable. Well done for the Praght.

Nov 21, 2009 Bottle. A very sweet aroma, malty, milk chocolate. The head is small, brown and creamy-lively with a short duration. The body is black. The taste is malty with a bitter finish. The carbonation is normal, the body is creamy and light to medium.

Pours completely black with a big, creamy, beige head. Aroma has roasted malts, ashes, chocolate and some dry coffee. Low carbonation, elegant dryish mouthfeel. Flavour has chocolate, dryness, coffee, some slight smoke, caramel and light sweetness. Nice!

Sep 29, 2009 A colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma of sweet chocolate with some coffee and fruits. Hints of smoke. The taste of roasted malt with a little smoke. There is coffee, chocolate and sweet fruit. The aftertaste is bitter with smoke and a little sweet.

Sep 5, 2009 33cl Bottle at ’t Arendsnest. Reddish black colour with a beige head. Aroma of sweet roasted malts, fruity, yeast, mocha. Flavour has the same features, tastes like a Belgian stout but with a firm roasted bitterness and good mocha flavours. Soft smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied. I liked this one a lot.

Jul 16, 2009 Updated: Nov 18, 2009Bottle. Almost black, pours an enormous head. Malt, coffee, licorice and chocolate in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, medium bodied, alcoholic but a creamy mouthfeel. Fairly well made stout.
