Bottled (BB 01/2009). Chestnut brown color, small steady white head. Spicey, sticky aroma - old yeast? Yeasty, spicey, milky, not very bock-like (ale?). Bad drinkability.

Bottle@Home. Malty, apple and light herbal aroma. Dark yellow color, large white head, good lace. Sweet, apple, ginger, light bitter, light herbal. Sparkling. Flavorful, well brewed. I’m very much surprised by the other ratings.

Bottle 33cl.
Hazy golden orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel notes, moderate yeasy, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sour - tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (250508)

Sampled, bottle @ Pint Meibockfestival. The low rating is due to the carbonation of this beer. There was so much of it I couldn’t taste any of the flavours anymore. Looks and smells promising, nice orange/blond colour, big white head, nose of yeast and malts, flowers, but the taste is sort of a mystery to me.
