Near black colour, thick light tan head; roast, cream, black toffee, raisins aroma; very sweet/bitterish taste with black toffee, caramel, chocolate, dates and coffee aromas; bitter finish with liquorice, treacle, black toffee, raisins and coffee aromas. A wonderfully rich and malty beer, which is big and bold in a quite un-lagery way. The label proclaims it as "tmavý porter" or dark porter. I’m not sure that’s what it is, but who gives a fig - it’s still a great beer. Well worth seeking out.

Almost black with a good beige head. Very sweet, a bit sticky but very nice.

I must have had this at the right time, because it was almost the perfect dopplebock to me. Delicious sweet flavors of toffee and malt. Almost overpowering sweetness on the finish, with barely a hint of dark malts at the end. There might be hops in there, there might not. Perfect dessert beer.

thin head with bubbles cascading from the dark brown/black colour. aroma of coffee and chocolate with some type of berry mixed in. explosion of flavours inside a flavour flurry while a parade celbrating flavour is in progress. powerful. tingling palate.

Bottle. Dark brown, nice light brown head. Malty, alcoholic aroma. Quite sweet, with caramel flavours. Aftertaste sweet and wine-like. Excellent.
