Jun 12, 2008 Really easy drinking wheat beer. A little lighter in the color (in that it is murky rather than cloudy) than some other hefeweizens. Some citrus on the tongue with a yeasty nose. A very good summer beverage.

Jun 10, 2008 (GERMAN) Pours a light golden color with some carbonation and a sm-white head. The aroma is of wheat, banana, clove. The flavor is mild with a spice, clove, taste. The finish is kinda dry but pleasant. Not bad at all, would drink again.

Jun 4, 2008 Pale yellow-hazy body with a nice foamy head. Aroma is like a classical weizen, some citruses, banana. Smooth mouthfeel with a little acidic banana and some yeast flavour. Refreshing one.

Jun 1, 2008 Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Weak aroma has clove and very little banana. Dry malty flavour with a little clove and the tiniest touch of citrus. Solid and refreshing weiss.

May 29, 2008 Cloudy golden with a nice white head and fair amount of lacing. Aroma is floral hops.
Taste is lemony with sweet malts and very slight bitter hops. There was one taste element that put me off. That was a smoked salmon note. Or a boiled ham flavor. It wasn’t in the aroma but it was in the taste profile. Maybe it has to do with the wheat they use.

May 25, 2008 Very good fluffy head,carbonation is good,beer normally misty for a weissbier,golden.aroma strong wheat and barley sweetness.Flavour cinnamon,clove notes,wheat and melon flavour,maybe cucumber.Finish sweet wheat,full flavour,dry.

May 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with thin white head. Aroma is wheat, sweet malt, and light fruit. Nice wheat character for what is. This was okay.

May 15, 2008 Pour is light golden with voluptuous white head. Aroma is of strong wheat, spice, and bread. Flavor is more floral with a wheat finish. Sweet finish and well blended. Might buy this sucker again. Good brew.
