But after trying a second, I was right: it smells vaguely like popcorn, and it tastes vaguely like butter. Nice and light, the same gross cloudy appearance of most weissbiers. Enjoyed on the terrace in the front garden on a beautiful sunny day. Hazy light golden colour with small white fully lasting frothy head, good lacing. Banana wheaty dough yeasty aromas and flavour, some lemon, some spice. Moderately sweet ending weakly bitter and slightly dry. Lively crisp carbonation. Very enjoyable "in the sun" summer beer.
