Straw-coloured, borwnish when help up to the light. Very opaque with a weak head.
Fresh banana smell with citric acidness well balanced with yeasty sweetness.
weak watery bittery sour flavour.
Watery beer with none of the robust bitter-sweetness you expect fromt he smell. It has an awkward dry sourness which doesn’t work well with the watery taste. Does have some very faint hints of banana.

Feb 26, 2008 Poured to a golden yellow with a thin head. Aromas of yeast and alcohol. Initial flavor of sweet fruitiness. Finish was sweet also. Watery.

Feb 22, 2008 Pours a hazy yellow with a finger of white head. Smells of banana and yeast. Tastes like banana and spice with some fruit in the aftertaste. Light body, somewhat watery. Lingering sweetness.

Feb 21, 2008 Hazy lemon yellow with just a thin layer of white head. Aroma is definitely spicy, of cloves and banana. Underlined by definite yeast presence. Flavor is light and crisp. Spice is present. Can taste the cloves and fruit (non-citrus) flavor ... mainly that thicker banana flavor. Overall, flavors are somewhat light, perhaps a little watery.
