| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 1, 2007 Import from Dusseldorf trip. Apricot-hued weizen heaped with creamy foam. Silky and swimming with bits. Appetising citrussy lemon snout, with a touch of vinous wood. Crisp, slightly sour, slightly boozy wheatiness with a touch of bitterness in the finish. None of the big fruity bubblegum flavours of Paulaner etc. Lovely creamy-wheaty afters.Quality beverage.
