May 17, 2006 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a large fluffy white head. The aroma is peppery with clove notes and only a touch of banana fruitiness but I’d say it’s more spicy than anything. Soapy mouthfeel and there are flavours of bubblegum. Spicy notes are prevalent here again along with some lemon tartness in the finish. Pretty decent overall.

May 16, 2006 Bottle. Very hazy yellow-brown color with creamy head. Strong aromas of banana and wheat with spicy, oily and acidic notes. Soft, oily and grainy flavor with something unpleasant in the background (starch?, soap?, oils?). Wheat, clove and melon in the finish.

May 8, 2006 Draught, served with a slice of lemon. Fresh banana aroma. Cloudy, orange. Large, white head that quickly erodes, perhaps from the acidity of the lemon. Very solid and flavorful, but also has a very carbonated mouthfeel. Pretty good weissbier.
