| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 13, 2005 Had this on tap at The Blind Pig, Champaign, IL. Cloudy amber with a weak off-white head. Aroma of wheat and malt sweetness and some spices but all was faint and unimpressive. Thin bodied and watery texture. Flavor was watered down, wheaty, slightly sweet. Rather boring. Disappointing.

Contrary to other ratings, I think this is a decent weiss beer. Pours hazy gold, typical. Very nice banana clove aroma. Taste has the right amount of sweetness, with hints of cloves, vanilla, yeast. I good session wheat beer. I was expecting worse. pilsnerrogge (1786), Finspång, Sweden
