Estery nose with notes of cloves bread, and sweetness. Sweet front. More complexity comes out in the middle--bananas, cloves, brown sugar, butterscotch. Light and fluffy mouthfeel. Only the slightest hint of hops in the finish. Mild, refreshing, and elegant. joeyplush (337), Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA

Some white yeast sediment is evident in the pour. Aroma includes banana, cloves and citrus. Taste has hints of citrus and banana. Palate has a nice fizziness and the finish includes reminders of the cloves and other spices. One of my favorite Weisbiers. iam (369), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Beautiful wheat and clove aroma. Pours a cloudy straw colour with no head. Lots of yeast sediment. Taste is nice but not as godd as other weisses I've had. Taste of malt and some citrus with a bit of a sour finish. rickgordon (3321), Göteborg, Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 25, 2005 This bottle poured a beautiful crystal clear golden yellow color with a nice white medium head. The head lasted quite long leaving nice lacing on the edge of the glass. The aroma is primarily sweet honey and malt with notes of sour yeast, citrus, banana and spices. The texture is smooth and the flavor is bready with slight wheat beer sourness. The finish is crisp and dry. jujubeast6000 (795), Houston, Texas, USA

Good presentation for a hef, i’m not easily impressed with them in that regard. A nice finish too, great drink. illinismitty (1800), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Contrary to other ratings, I think this is a decent weiss beer. Pours hazy gold, typical. Very nice banana clove aroma. Taste has the right amount of sweetness, with hints of cloves, vanilla, yeast. I good session wheat beer. I was expecting worse.
