Aug 1, 2008 (Draught at Kaisla as König Ludwig on 2008-07-30) Orange. Cloudy. Big white head that didn’t last long. Banana and malts in nose. Light palate with medium carbonation. Banana, malts, light pine flavours and bitterness. Slightly bitter short aftertaste.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle as König Ludwig. Hazy golden, huge foamy head. Nose is wheat, little alcohol, yeast, not much banana. Cereal like. Flavor is very similar, cereal malts, (over) ripe banana, little alcohol. Almost medium bodied, a bit coarse carbonation. OK weisse, focusing on the dry maltiness.

Jul 19, 2009 pours sunny gold with a think lasting head. aroma is yeasty and citrusy as expected. flavor is heavy on banana, orange and clove. finishes a little more bitter than expected but still bright and clean. a very good example of the style.

Aug 24, 2009 500 ml bottle (as König Ludwig Weissbier). Pours a hazy yellow gold with large creamy white head. Wheat, banana in the nose. Very fruity flavour with a hint of spiciness. Fine carbonation; bit of a syrupy mouthfeel. Decent.

Sep 25, 2009 25.09.2009, 0,5l bottle as König Ludwig Weissbier from beerangel.de. Golden yelloz colour.Hazy with a white forever lasting head. Aroma is wheat malt with citrus and banana. There is also yeast and bitterhops. Aftertaste is smoorth and a little sweet.
