jacob_wennbom (254), Uppsala, Sweden Apr 4, 2008 Pretty much a standard lager. Pale yellow, small head that doesn’t last long. A bit thin allowing a taste of alcohol to break through. A touch of sweetness, quite a lot of malt and with a moderate bitterness (that to some extend actually does come through in the finnish). Not worse than some things I’ve had but wouldn’t bother buying again. mybestfriend (250), Gothenburg, Sweden Apr 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is white bread, cookie dough, some citrus and fudge. Flavour has some sweetness, quite thin bodied, with notes of citrus and white bred. The finish is rather sweet with moderate bitterness. ekstedt (1792), Göteborg, Sweden Oct 6, 2007 Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget in Majorna, Göteborg. Clear golden with a medium white head. Bready malt aroma with light butterscotch notes and some faint grassy hops. Medium bodied and smooth, slightly sweet with low to moderate bitterness, ok balance. Marsiblursi (1396), Göteborg, Sweden Apr 12, 2007 (Bottle) Pours golden. Aroma brings grassy, light herb-ish hops and malty tones of bread and wet grain. Malty flavour with tones of grassy hops. Some hints of hay and a marzipan like sweetness. Light bitter and light dry but too sweet. Pretty clean mouthfeel with maybe just a touch of something “off tasting”. Ok body with an ok malty backup. Not to complex if you ask me. Moz (613), Gothenburg, Sweden Mar 31, 2007 Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Quite neutral aroma, just light syrupy. Sweet malty flavour. A little bit less alcohol would have made it better balanced.
