| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 5, 2004 Bright golden with a creamy-white head and nice lace. Crisp on the palate. Grainy malts with a cereal-like sweetness. Earthy and wholesome. Hops were spicy and herbal, with aromas of grass and flowers and earth. Nice level of bitterness took the sweet edge off; it cleaned up good. Nice pilsner. Braudog (3773), Dayton, Ohio, USA
