Had it at the BArnyard BBQ . Lots of citrus taste, You can also taste the wheat. Very good taste, Very good looking. Left me very satisfied.

Jun 5, 2009 On tap at the brewpub (they listed their seasonal as a wheat beer... I’m assuming it’s this one). Nice, orange color, quite hazy, with a small head and no lacing. Very nice aroma... the wheat is there, but citrus as well and something else pleasant that I can’t distinguish. Smooth on the palate - nice carbonation. Flavor fell a little short of what I expected, but it’s still a fairly good wheat beer whose flavor doesn’t diminish too quickly.

Oct 5, 2008 The other seasonal available at the brewhouse (the first being the Oktoberfest)-- and this is the better choice IMHO. On the board, this is titled "Weizen Wheat". It appears as a deep bronzy golden, hazy, with a big dense white head leving plenty of lace. Huge estery banana and spice aroma. The palate is bursting with estery wheatiness, banana, cloves-- all the things you look forward to in an excellent hefe. This beer was the standout of the night by a longshot!

Nov 11, 2006 Sampled at the brewpub. Appearance: murky, med. straw with orangey hues. Nose: sour and vinegary at first, then faint malt and some fruity esters of pear and apple. Palate: med.-low carbonation and med. full body. Flav.: citrus and lightly spicey. A bit sweet and tart and somewhat yeasty.

Oct 18, 2006 Verre de dégustation à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de blé et de citron. Apparence: La couleur est blonde légèrement voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréale et d’agrume. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Légère présence de poivre en arrière goût. (Rating #699)

Sep 8, 2006 [018-20060829] Tap @ Barnyard BBQ (Moncton, NB). Strong banana aroma. Straw-coloured cloudy/translucent body, small bubbly head. Same hoppy yeasty bread flavour as it’s brothers (grainy). Light-medium body, long aftertaste of banana. Very interesting with the chiquitas but otherwise nothing spesh.
