draft. Lots of brett phenolics. Hint of cherry. Light yellow color. No sourness. Low flavor, but still very good. Wonderful.

Nose with lots of fruit and yeast, followed up by great balance of flavors. It has the typical cloudiness of a Saison. a very nice beer.

Very promising nose. Upon the first sip, it actually delivered. Near equal amounts of yeasty and alcoholic flavors. Malts were mild, yet noticeable. Cherry notes were subtle in the aroma and flavor departments, thankfully. Actually, I thought it had the perfect amount of cherry infusion; not too much, but just enough. It provided some subtle fruity flavors and a nice tartness in the finish. Interesting sensation of hotness on the tongue. Very well-made and tasty.

Draught. Medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (light bread), lightly hoppy (flowers, citrus - lemon), lightly yeasty (barnyard), with notes of cherry, orange, and apricot. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Nice fruity aroma, mild quick tartness, decent brew.
