On tap @ Pumphouse poured a cloudy straw with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of coriander, clove, orange and wheat. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of coriander, clove, light orange, wheat and a subtle hint of cinnamon with a smooth lingering spice finish.

Draft at the brewery
AR: Citusry, spicy with peppery and coriander dominating (8/10), 7/12
AP: Cloudy yellow w/ a white head that falls quickly, (3/5) 2/3
FL: Citusry, spicy with some light malt flavor. little hop character (ok), clean finish (7/10) 12/20
MF: light body, light-med carbonation, (3/5) 3/5
OA: nicely done wit. More on the spicy side than the citusry side, but it does a great job at hitting the mark. (16/20), 8/10

Draught. Light yellow. Aroma is dominated by camphor, with strong notes of orange and lemon peel, clove, and coriander. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly acidic. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Rather odd and strong odor of medicinal spicing in this witbier, but I can’t say it’s unpleasant...an extra point for uniqueness. Very weak flavor, even for the style, though.
