Commercial Description:
For our second summer seasonal we present another refreshing beer style originally brewed in Cologne, Germany. This filtered Kolsch-Style beer is slightly sour with moderate hop flavor and aroma that closely resembles a German Pilsner. If you like something clean and light, try this Kolsch beer in place of your Domestic and Mexican Lagers. You may be pleasantly surprised.

On tap at Pumphouse poured a clear yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of bread, light straw and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a lightly dry finish. Flavors of bread, straw and a hint of spice with a crisp dry lightly bitter finish.

Tap @ Pumphouse: Poured a mostly clear gold color with a minimal off-white head. The aroma was grainy, sweet and lemony. The flavor was grainy and a little corny. Mild bitter finish. Light body and dry.

Clear and light golden with a soft white head and decent lace. Light body (a little watery), mild carbonation. Light malt flavors -- sweet and grainy with a hint of milk. Surprising amount of hops -- flowery aromas and a healthy level of bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draught. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly malty (toasted grain). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly astringent. The aroma is faint, but the flavor profile is quite nice.
