Draft. Tasted much like an 8% Newcastle Brown Ale. It was sort of cloying. Not as smoky as I would have liked. Overall decent though.

Dark brown and a little cloudy. Very mild soap and pine aroma. Some nuts and raisins with a sharp scotch presence. Bitter and astringent, full bodied, with a nice nutty scotch finish.

Nice copper-red color with a decent head. Very smooth texture with excellent carbonation. Nippy notes of alcohol. Mild bitterness. Sweet smoke nuances.

On draught, this brew has a cloudy copper body w/ a nice balance between bitter & malty. Pretty tasty.

Draught. Body is medium orange-brown. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, cookie), with a note of brown sugar. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Once one of their best, the most recent sample was pretty lackluster.
