Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy grey orange colour. Unstable white head. The beer is sweet, quite plasticky. Old burnt rubber.

On tap. Pours a very hazy golden with an off-white head. Lots of yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, dominated by citrusy notes, a little perfumy spiciness and lots of yeast. Somewhat astringent finish. Style-wise it appears as a strange hybrid between a Hefe and a Wit. 270608

Hazy amber with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and banana notes. Sweet flavor with banana, yeasty and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

[on tap at brewpub] Potent banana and phenolics dominate the aroma. Cloudy and very dark yellow with a lasting white blanket. Dry, "hollow" flavour with an intriguing herbal bitterness and traces of black pepper. Light body, low carbonation, especially for style, clean finish.

Draught at the brewpub:Cloudy, quite stable white head; very perfumed clovey nose with a dash of yeast; moderate bitter-sweet taste; bitter-dusty-clovey finish. The kind of Weizen, that I don’t like at all......... Czech beer #333!!!

(6/27/08) Draught at the brewpub in Plzen. Cloudy yellow with a medium, quickly-diminishing, white head. Aroma has some banana, some spiciness and diacetyl. Sweetish fruity flavor with banana. Quite light in body.

(Draught) Pours hazy yellow orange. The aroma is of wheat, salt, bananas, clove, roses/flowers and toast. The flavour is of wheat, bananas, clove, mild lemon and some toast. The mouthfeel is clean and light salty dry. Medium bodied.

On tap @ Purkmistr brewpub. Hazy and yellow in colour with a medium sized head. Quite typical wheat beer - fruity and banana like.
