Commercial Description:
Alyson's Northern Spy is made from an heirloom apple known in New England since before the Civil War. Grown at Alyson's Apple Orchard in nearby Walpole, New Hampshire, Northern Spy apples produce a wine that is bright and lively, with a hint of peel-like astringency. The pale green-gold color reflects the clean, refreshing taste.

Pours gold with a lot of fizziness. Smells dry with some honey touches. Tastes dry and tarte with a clean champagne like finish.

(750ml bottle) Very nice orange-amber with a deep brown sugar nose. Slightly tart. I’m really digging the Vermont cider industry - its time for a visit. Very good. Thanks Barry!
