Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Really good stuff, nice nose and flavors of apricot mixed in with a smooth bodied, easy drinking beer. Nice balance of malty and fruit flavors.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy orange with an amber hue and a medium white head. Aroma was full of sweet apricots with a bit of a stale note. Flavor was overly sweet with apricot and a bit one note.

12 oz bottle. Strong aroma of apricot, a little wheat. Pours a hazy light orange with minimal head, mediocre lacing. Tastes of apricot (yes, you read that right--apricot), wheat, a little pepper. Lots of carbonation. All in all a great fruit beer.

Lucious nose of apricot. Thick white head suggests maltyness, but that is not the case. Flavor is sweet of apricot and rotting fruit. Pours a cloudy orange. I’ve had better apricot beer, but this isn’t bad. It’s fruity and refreshing. The sweetness doesn’t get sickening either.

3rd June 2008. Flavoued beer and it shows. The aprocot flavour seems artificial and the beer had buttery flavour. Bleugh!

Pale orange with a bit of gold, slight thin white head. Aroma of apricot flavored baby food and ketones. Taste is like Miller Light with apricot jucie added. Flavor likely comes from apricot juice added after fermentation, or possible from artificial flavorings. Finish was reminiscnet of fertilized soil. Drain pour.

For a fruit beer, I found this very excellent. Smooth, enjoyable. I don’t like apricot flavors usually. But I really enjoyed this, its on my buy again... it’ll be a hit with those who don’t like beer.
