Commercial Description:
Brewed by the original Wheat Beer Pioneers, Pyramid Apricot Weizen Ale is left unfiltered for extra flavor and aroma. The gold medalist of fruit beers, Pyramid Apricot Weizen is an adventurous wheat ale that offers the pleasing aroma and flavor of fresh apricots, and smooth and refreshing character for which our wheat beers are known.

12 fl oz brown bottle. Gold/yellow toned beer with a generous foamy white head. Some haze. Sweet, fruity, apricot aroma. Flavour is soft wheaty malt with some apricot sweetness. Wheat and some light citrus in the finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Light, drinkable fruit beer without too much fake flavouring.

Boottle courtesy of sloth. Pours gold/amber with a thin white head. Smells and tastes like pronounced apricot syrup with a dry wheat finish.

Bottle from Market Street in Allen, TX. Pours a clody yellow/orange with white head....aroma of apricot and faint bannana. Flavor much the same, and some malt flavor. Palate is light-med with somewhat high carbonation. Overall, it’s not bad but not for me.
