Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Bottle. Pours a delicious looking orange cloudy color with a puffy white head. Aromas of apricot, malt, and other fruit that might be construed as figs? With there was more of an apricot taste to this beer. Tastes like a crappy wheat with sweetener added.

Decent beer, very sweet. Aroma and flavor are lots of apricot, sweetness, and malt. Fruitiness to the max. A little watery, but not bad for an apricot beer. Golden color with orange hues, minimal white head. Good for the summer, don’t think I’d like it as much in the winter.

Golden orange color with cloudiness and a little head. Sweet apricot smell mixed with the wheat. Taste of apricot is apparent but not overwhelming.

12 oz bottle. Pours a thin head over a cloudy apricot colored body....nose of apricots and a bit of malt and yeast.....tastes of apricots, mild malts, finishing with a mild bitterness.....mouth feel is light and thin....again another nice summer type ale.

Pours a hazy orange gold with a foamy, small white head. Aroma is apricot, melon, starfruit, straw and corn syrup. Flavor is apricot, wheat, chalk, and a little citrus. Finish is citrus hops or otherwise acidic and sweet hard to tell really, it gets a little muddy. Body is thin and kind of gritty, like there is a cup tablespoon or so of fine particulate floating around, not that noticeable but pretty weird if you concentrate on it. I would absolutely love to try this with some pork chops, or duck.

Beautiful orange shade with a perfect white foamy head. Aroma is just apricot. Flavor is a bit over the top with the apricot, and nothing else comes through here. Good beer to try once, but unless your absolutely crazy about your apricots, once is all you’ll ever want it.
