Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a cloudy golden-orange body with virtually no head. Apricot aroma is quite pronounced with a slight wheat note, like a piece of wheat toast topped with apricot preserves. Carbonation is crisp, and the apricot flavor is prominent, though not overbearing or artificial. Dry finish helps bring this ale together. Not bad.

Boottle courtesy of sloth. Pours gold/amber with a thin white head. Smells and tastes like pronounced apricot syrup with a dry wheat finish.

Bottle from Market Street in Allen, TX. Pours a clody yellow/orange with white head....aroma of apricot and faint bannana. Flavor much the same, and some malt flavor. Palate is light-med with somewhat high carbonation. Overall, it’s not bad but not for me.

A cloudy yellow appearance with a moderate white head. Strong aroma of apricots with some bready notes. The flavor is also strong on the apricot with some oranges present as well. If you like apricots this is for you. I guess I like them ok. Overall good hot weather beer but nothing fantastic.

Straw in color, somewhat hazy, thin fizzly white head, spotty lacing, light carbonation. Freeze dried apricot/peach nose. Reminds me of that Post cereal that has the peach bits in it. Moderate wheaty flavor, defnite apricot/peach aspect, somewhat artificial. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Fairly clean finish, very soft apricot lingers for quite a while. The weizen aspect of this beer is fairly light.
