Thick artificial nose and flavor of apricot fighting with the "beer" flavor of malts. Too much going on to be a hot summer day sipping beer, too sweet for anything else. patricks110 (285), Alberta, Canada

Can also get at Kensington wine market and Co-op liquor. A bright orange straw colour pour with a large head. An aroma of fruit, grass and wheat. A first taste of wheat and an aftertaste and lingering taste of sweet apricots. An enjoyable flavour and a crisp clean mouthfeel. Not overly wheat tasting. A great beer. scooterbub (390), Lander, Wyoming, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold color with a thin white head that clings to the glass and lasts until the beer is gone. The apricot is profound in the taste and aroma. Wheat is also fairly noticeable in both. Pretty easy to drink, almost too easy, as it is smooth and has a good taste. Overall, this is a pretty tasty and refreshing fruit beer that is offered at a decent price. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 2, 2008 This beer needed some almonds to off-set many of it faults. No head in a wheat beer is just poor brewing and almonds wont fix that. Aroma and taste was more of the dried apricot which meant it was too sweet, the almonds would of helped here. Palate was sort of like cough syrup, fruity sweet. Have some balls and put some nuts into a beer. stchloe (491), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Aug 2, 2008 I thought it had more orange flavor than Lang’s, so it makes a sweeter session thats wicked crisp. Aroma strong apricot at first, but subtle aromas and spices work their way in. The apricot flavor was overwhelming with the first sip, but as it settles over the palate the beer reveals its truely refreshing nature. Excellent summer fruit beer, especially when enjoyed outdoors! Not my favorite style, but I was surprised that it actually had a good flavor and finish. Lots of fruity aroma and taste that goes down very smooth. I would say it’s a chick beer, but then again most fruit/wheat beers are. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 25, 2008 Bright hazy orange with an orange-kissed white head. Big mouth-watering fresh apricot aroma (if you like apricots). Good apricot fruit with a solid soft malt base, smooth mouthfeel, and a slightly salty finish (sounds weird, but it really made this beer work for me). Apricot beers can be hit and miss for me, and I thought this one was delicious
