From the tap at the Green 7 in Glendale, WI, a few months ago. Unlike a lot of fruit beers which are either (1) too fruity and more like a glass of carbonated Kool-Aid or (2) Not fruity enough, or generally "fruity" instead of reflecting the flavor, aroma and appearance of the fruit. This beer strikes a decent balance between the two. Nice wheatbeer appearance with the aroma and flavor of apricots. Best cold, and best on a warm day. Oscbert (547), Sacramento, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 2, 2008 ~Pours cloudy golden with small white creamy head and good carbonation. Has some stuff floating around in it.
~Strong apricot scent, some wheat.
~Flavor starts off wheaty, then quickly turns into tarty apricot, then the finish is a mixture of the two.
~Light refreshing feel. Sweet and tart finish.
~A very enjoyable beer. Especially on hot days. It’s exactly what it tries to be. A apricot what beer. It’s not my favorite style but I commend it for what it is. ajm (932), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 29, 2008 It has to be cold. It has to be draft. If these conditions are met, you will have a very nice time indeed drinking this. The bitter finish catches up once warming ensues. Nice round mouthfeel, rather subdued apricot quality at its coldest. pintbypint (1007), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2008 12 fl oz brown bottle. Gold/yellow toned beer with a generous foamy white head. Some haze. Sweet, fruity, apricot aroma. Flavour is soft wheaty malt with some apricot sweetness. Wheat and some light citrus in the finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Light, drinkable fruit beer without too much fake flavouring. greenhorn1 (460), Mission Viejo, California, USA

First, I better state for the record that I am not a fruit beer kind of guy (unless Belgian). Pours a hazy straw color with a medium sized frothy head. Aroma...well, here is a surprise... apricots. Flavor is...hmmm, yup apricots. Nothing much more to this beer than that. I highly doubt it was made with real apricots, so it kind of has that articifial flavor to it, but you know what, who cares if you looking for a light crisp beer in the summer. This is the type of beer that non beer drinking hotties would enjoy on a warm summer evening.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Pours amber and hazy with a dusty off-white head. The aroma has lots of dried apricot, richness from the wheat and not a whole lot else. It is straightforward and fairly nice. Medium / light body with spritzy carbonation. The flavor starts with the aroma traits then lot of peppery phenols come out. The finish is peppery and dry. The aroma is quite a bit better than the taste. Okay beer. nuplastikk (1196), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 16, 2008 12oz bottle. Golden-orange color, assumed to be filtered. Over-the-top apricot aroma and taste, which I find quite enjoyable. A tad bit artificial in some ways, so don’t give this one to your Cantillon groupie buddies. Hard to detect much more going on than the sweetness of the apricot...but like I said before, I can dig it. Bhef25 (35), USA
