Very surprised by this one. Perfectly balanced between aroma and taste. The apricot comes through nicely unlike Kona’s Waialua Wheat. Floral aroma really compliments the candy fruit taste. I will be having this again. Good job Pyramid. CapnCascade (116), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 10, 2008 Pours cloudy golden, light white head with limited retention. Strong aroma of Apricot with a slight yeastiness, flavour of apricot persists strongly on the tongue tempered by a slight hop bitterness. Light mouthfeel with slightly tingly carbonation. Overall a very pleasant fruit ale though I’m partial to the style anyway. IlanMan (850), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 5, 2008 Smells of pure sweet apricot. Flavor is a little better blended but finishes with the taste of soap. Not the best, not the worst. Would not buy again. leninthedesert (112), Nevada, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 5, 2008 Light, sweet fruity aroma, smooth foretaste. Simple, almost sugary sweet finish - obvious notes of apricot...decent for a fruit beer, but not my favorite style either. presario (3010), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 4, 2008 12oz bottle. Full white head. Very cloudy apricot juice look. Yeast after is mixed floats in a heavy band at the too of the glass. Strong aroma of apricot pulp. Equally strong apricot flavour. Lasting bitterness. Leaves a bit of citrus between the teeth. Maybe my favourite apricot beer. Doesn’t get tiresome through the bottle. A very pleasant surprise. eazy1106 (8), USA does not count | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 23, 2008 Pours a golden/orangish color, Has a smell of you guessed it, apricots. Initial gulp hits your tounge with the taste of apricots yet quickly subsides. Has a very clean, almost no after taste. Definetely a good beer to have every now and then, but not something I would drink on an everyday basis. xCENOTAPHx (16), Grandview, Texas, USA

I was looking for a nice cold refreshing something after a bad day at work. This jumped out!! A great summer afternoon beer. Sweet and a bit tart, you must like Apricot to really enjoy this one. Good easy drinker.
