| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 3, 2009 Cloudy with white head. Apricot in color and aroma, candy, esterific, light yeast. Flavor is sweet cake, light apricot marmalade, later grain/starch. Body is slightly viscous with late alcohol. Tasty and true to its name, but I would appreciate a bolder and more aggressive ale. iabeerguy (171), Iowa, USA
