Commercial Description:
Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden. Aroma is apricot. Flavor is apricot also, with a bit of wheat grain. Fairly sweet, and almost only has apricot going on, but the apricot’s at least somewhat full and fruity rather than just syrup/extract. Pretty good if you like apricot.

Decent taste, would probably be ranked higher if I didn’t dislike apricots.

BOTTLE: cloudy golden pour, aroma of apricot and peach. Looks and tastes like a wheat ale with the fruit components. I really like this one - very tasty.

Cloudy with white head. Apricot in color and aroma, candy, esterific, light yeast. Flavor is sweet cake, light apricot marmalade, later grain/starch. Body is slightly viscous with late alcohol. Tasty and true to its name, but I would appreciate a bolder and more aggressive ale.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Nir! Hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma of apricot juice and some light esters. Sweet apricot flavor with some graininess in the background. Light-bodied.
